  • Add all the ingredients to a deep jar, bowl, or container, and blend together for 10-15 seconds using a stick/immersion blender until your dressing is smooth and creamy.
    OR
    If you don't have an immersion blender, add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together for 1-2 minutes or place into a fully sealed, leak-proof jar or container and vigorously shake for 30-45 seconds.
  • Store your dressing in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 10 days. If your dressing separates, be sure to agitate (stir or shake) it to recombine before using.

Notes

  • If your dressing separates, the oil might harden, this is normal and tends to happen if you haven't fully emulsified the mixture. Simple allow the dressing to come to room temperature and shake or stir to combine before using.
