This shrimp recipe is so simple it might seem silly to give it it’s own post, but trust me, you have to try it at least once and you’ll fall in love with it.It’s quick, it’s easy, it’s versatile, but most of all it’s absolutely delicious! 🦐🦐🦐
For this recipe you’ll need shrimp (peeled, cleaned, deveined and tails off), salt, black pepper, light olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder (or fresh if you prefer), smoked paprika, and chipotle powder.
After adding all spices to the shrimp, allow it to marinate for a few minutes before frying it in a skillet or air fryer for a few minutes until pink and cooked through with a slight crust.
You can serve it with almost anything from black bean, corn and brown rice skillet (pictured above) to alfredo or pesto potatoes or pasta!
