Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing
Clean eating, gluten-free and keto-friendly, this homemade Caesar salad dressing will beat any and all of your store bought varieties!
Servings: 20 tbsp
Combine the grated garlic, lemon juice, mustard, fish sauce, and Worcestershire sauce together. Add in the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, sugar, and oregano and mix together. Finally, fold in the Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy as a dressing for your salad or as a dip for veggies. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- If your dressing is too thick, you can mix in a touch of water (1 tbsp at a time) until your desired thickness is achieved.
- Though you can use store bought mayonnaise, I highly recommend whipping up a fresh batch of your own Homemade Mayonnaise, not only do you know the ingredients that go into it, it only takes 2 minutes to make!
